The Esser 500 boom pipe was developed for low-output concrete pumps and low-abrasive concrete. This cost-effective reinforced pipe features twin-layers and manganese cast elbows, providing twice the service life of a single-layer hardened pipe.
In addition, the Esser 500 boom pipe is fitted with Big Mouth flanges that can absorb more wear due to the increased thickness in the insert. This prevents the radical transfer of destructive wear from the elbow into the straight pipe.
Every Esser 500 boom pipe component meets or exceeds the specifications of all the concrete pump manufacturers for wall thickness, inner and outer diameter tolerances, weight restrictions, working pressure ratings and safety requirements.
