The Esser 900 Boom Pipe is our premier boom pipe with the longest service life available in the market today. The Esser 900 is ideal for high-volume pumping under extreme wear conditions.
This ultra wear resistant pipe is made of a static outer pipe, and an inner pipe with a heat-treated hardness of up to 67 HRc. The Esser 900 offers a wall thickness of 0.14 inches (3.5mm), 0.16 inches (4.0mm) or 0.18 inches (4.5mm). A unique welding process results in NO heat-affected areas of the pipeline. The reinforced pipe is fitted with two patented twin-cast Big Mouth flanges, which prevent the radical transfer of destructive wear from the elbow into the straight pipe.
Every Esser 900 boom pipe component meets or exceeds the specifications of all of the concrete pump manufacturers for wall thickness, inner and outer diameter tolerances, weight restrictions, working pressure ratings and safety requirements.
